Two 13″ Square Decorative Pillow Covers (Photo Coming Next Week)

We will explore a Framed-Face Pillow with Piping and a Crossed Corner knot-
Front Pillow with edged ruffle.  There will be three choices for the pillow closing.
A sewing machine will be provided if you choose to make buttonholes for your
pillow closures.

4 spools Serger or Sewing Thread
Serger Piping Foot
Awl
Rotary Cutter
Snips
(Optional 6 3/4-1″ buttons or snaps)

CUTTING LIST BEFORE CLASS
Fabric 1
Cut 2 pieces 13 1/2″ x 15″ (pillow back)
Cut 1 piece 8″ x 8″ (pillow face for frame)
Fabric 2
Cut 2 pieces 13 1/2″” x 15″  (pillow back)
Cut 1 piece 13 1/2″ x 13 1/2″   (pillow face)
Fabric 3
Cut 2 strips 4″ x WOF  (ruffle)
Cut  1 strip 3″ x WOF   (frame)
Cut 1 Strip 6″ x 18″     (knot band)
Cut 1 Strip 1-1/2″ X WOF (piping)

Bring your 4 or 8 thread serger and all accessories that came with it.  Be sure to bring
a piping foot.  You must know how to thread your serger for 4-thread over-locking.

Refer to supply list. Be sure to follow cutting directions for your fabrics to be ready to serge in class. If you do not own a Babylock serger be sure you know how to thread your serger for 4-thread over-locking.
